ConvertZiva explains what the current browser-local tools do with files, preferences, and contact information.
Current data use
The live image and PDF converters run in your browser and do not upload selected files to ConvertZiva servers. The public site does not include accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, or payments.
Browser-local processing
Selected files stay on your device for the live tools. Conversion can still use your browser memory and temporary object URLs until the page is reset, closed, or the file list changes.
Feedback
If you send feedback, ConvertZiva stores the message, optional rating, optional display name, selected tool context, publication permission, and server-generated submission details needed to review abuse and reliability. Feedback does not attach converted files, filenames, file contents, image content, PDF text, or private file metadata. Do not include sensitive personal information in feedback.
Future publication permission
Feedback remains private for internal review by default. ConvertZiva may only consider public display when you explicitly choose the optional publication checkbox, and any future public use should still be reviewed before publication.
